Answer: All except 1 are metal lids or grates that were lifted by hand. 3 were best done as 2-man lift. Two of these were (supposed to be) bolted down. One has a 4" concrete slab covering the vault. A forklift was used to lift it off during inspection. 2. Will additional machinery or equipment be required? If so, for what percentage of the total number of separator site? Answer: Contractor will be provided Government support to remove the 4" Concrete Pad for Service where all other metal lids or grates will be the responsibility of the contractor to remove for services.
