This requirement supports a wilderness survival training program for cadets, including the humane handling of live training fish, and will occur in May and June 2026. The contractor must provide all equipment, materials, labor, and technical support for training windows from May 29-31 and June 7-12, 2026, with specific live fish deliveries required around those dates. All work and materials must comply with Army, New York State environmental, and USMA Public Works standards.
