The Contractor shall provide range rental usage for the Directorate Emergency Services (DES) to complete semi-annual weapons qualifications (1st & 3rd quarters of FY) for all Police and Security Guard personnel and any new personnel that are hired throughout the year. The firing range must meet the following requirements: Be at least 50 meters long. Be within a 20-mile radius of Carlisle Barracks. Be within a 30-minute travel time of Carlisle Barracks. Allow shotguns and rifles. Be able to set up Black Canopies for Low Visibility environment. Does not require a membership.
