Lodging requirement is performed under NAICS Code 721110 and Product Service Code V231. Purchase Request (PR) # TDB is for one year with Three Periods of Performance. Contract value can vary as the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) rate published by GSA varies from Fiscal Year (FY) to FY. The contracting action currently under way is for outsourcing for one or two lodging contracts in the Manhattan, New York City area.
