Description of Action: DPW requests an increase to the contract ceiling for the Construction (JOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract No. W91QF021D0001, awarded to Belt Built Contracting LLC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to Raise the Ceiling on the Construction (JOC) Contract. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Carlisle Barracks Mission and Installation Contracting Command intends to raise the ceiling on the Construction JOC Contract with the above mentioned construction company.
