PLEASE PROVIDE EATON RESELLER OR PARTNER TO REPLACE, REMOVE & DISPOSE OF 160 BATTERIES PER THE ATTACHED PWS. This solicitation is being extended to answer the following questions “Could you please advise if there is a loading dock or a forklift available at the delivery address? We would also need to know if an 18-wheeler truck can make the delivery or a smaller truck is needed? There is no dock on site however, a forklift and driver can be made available when shipment arrives. An 18-wheeler, box truck and/or medium size truck can be used in our receiving location. **note** Shipping activity must provide notice of shipping date and expected delivery date to allow time for access to site. Will you accept equivalent or better to C&D battery, UPS 12-490MR? Batteries can be equivalent or greater as long as the specification match that of the UPS manufacture guidelines and dimensions. Do you have a loading dock? Site does not have a dock however, a forklift can be made available upon arrival of shipment. Highly encourage shipping company and/or awardee make arrangements to use a vehicle with a lift gate if possible. How easy to access to the UPS room from the loading dock. Movement from the receiving area to the UPS site can be performed by receiving personnel upon request. However, batteries will need to be placed on a smaller cart from shipping pallet due the restrictive size and location of the UPS room from building entrance. Do you have a temporary storage area for the new and old batteries for couple of days during the installation? Batteries can be shipped and stored on site for no long than 5 days. Storage needed past 5 Daye will need to be coordinated with receiving personnel and facility management. Old batteries shall not remain on sit no longer than 5 days after removal.
