The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) The availability and capability of any sources qualified to perform the work described. (2) The availability and capability of qualified small business sources, including HUBZone small businesses, service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses, 8(a) small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, woman-owned small businesses, or small disadvantaged businesses. Background- Government is looking for capable contractors to provide organist accompaniment for the Post Chapel. Two contracts are contemplated, one for Protestant services and one for Catholic; see attached PWS for further details. Capability Statement/Information Sought- Government is requesting interested qualified sources to provide a capability statement in a commonly used format, such as Microsoft Word or pdf. This capability statement shall be no more than five pages, excluding a cover page and table of contents, and shall include examples of similar work that has been completed successfully, including a description of the similar work. Please make sure any submission also includes: 1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number, CAGE code, a statement regarding small business status (including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) and the corresponding NAICS code. 2. Identify whether your firm would be interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or not. 3. Information to help determine if the requirement is commercially available, including pricing information.
