The Government seeks a firm-fixed-price, turnkey solution to modernize three operational workspaces with modular ergonomic workstations and supporting office furniture in support of SOUTHCOM and JTF-WHEM. The awardee must provide project management, design services, pre-installation site surveys, freight and delivery, removal and disposal of existing furniture, assembly, installation, and final acceptance testing. Proposed pricing must be fully inclusive of all freight, labor, materials, and services needed to deliver fully operational workspaces. Workspace targets are approximately 35 workstations for Room 1/JPG, approximately 35 for Room 2/POD, and approximately 87 for Room 3/JOC (80 operator/analyst and 7 leadership workstations). Submissions must demonstrate compliance with all ergonomic, design, and operational specifications in the Statement of Work.
