The purpose of this requirement is to provide all Hotel related services for hosting the Health Security of the Americas Conference, scheduled for August 19-22, 2025, at or near SOUTHCOM’s headquarters in Doral, Florida. We will only accept quotes directly from the hotels themselves; submissions from third parties, travel agencies, or similar entities will not be considered. It is essential that all quotes come exclusively from the hotels with which they are associated.
