Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to correct Addendum to 52.212-1. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to add Question Submission instructions. Questions shall be submitted NLT 29 November 2024 at 9:00am Eastern. The Logistics Readiness Center – Miami has a requirement for the lease of two (2) forklifts for warehouse operations. The contractor shall provide two (2) electrical rental cushion tire forklifts (6,000 lbs forklift and a 3,000 lbs forklift) perform preventive maintenance/inspections and provide a battery charger for both forklifts. Equipment will be used/stored inside a warehouse located at Westpointe Business Park, Logistics Readiness Center – Miami, Supply and Services Division, Central Receiving and Distribution Point, 8900 NW 35th Lane, Suite 150, Doral, Florida 33172. The contractor shall perform inspections in accordance with manufacturer’s recommended service procedures.
