The Government reserves the right to award multiple awards. Contractors are permitted to submit quotes for individual line items. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation #W91QEX-21-R-0005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04 and DFARS Public Notice 20210115. This solicitation is Unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes for this requirement are 333120. This acquisition is for the procurement of nonpersonal supplies to provide one (1) Motor grader, one (1) Dozer, one (1) Telehandler in support of the US Southern Command HQ/Global Peace Operations Initiative (GPOI) . The contract type will be a fixed-price contract pursuant to FAR Subpart 16.2. The contract requirements for the Motor Grader, Dozer, and Telehandler is outlined in Specifications as set forth in the solicitation. The applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition can be found at the end of the SF 1449. Contractor pricing shall include shipping to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Amendment 0001 - This requirement has been amended to correct the specifications for the Dozer and Telehandler. Amendment 0002 - This requirement has been amended to change the submission date from 25 March 2021 at 12:00pm (Eastern Daylight Savings Time) to 1 April 2021 at 12:00pm (Eastern Daylight Savings Time). Note: there is a system error which states the submission date is Pacific Daylight Savings Time. Amendment 0003 - This requirement has been amended to correct equipment specifications.
