The U.S. Southern Command has a requirement for Human Rights Initiative Secretariat Non-Personal Services. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 813311. It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. This announcement constitutes the synopsis. The complete Solicitation with the Performance Work Statement will be released on or around 18 October 2021. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements.
