Refer to attachments for further details. The Government will hold a site visit at USSOUTHCOM Gymnasium – Doral, FL on 30 September 2021 beginning at 9:30 AM (EST). All interested firms may attend with a limit of two (2) attendees per firm. Please submit, in writing, the names of attendees to the Contract Specialist by 1:00 P.M. (EST) on 23 September 2021. The two (2) attendees per firm must fill out and submit a HSPD12, See Attachment 1, and submit a clear copy of two (2) forms of ID (Driver’s License or other Government issued ID), NLT 24 September 2021, 3:00 P.M. (EST). The Department of Defense (DoD) is committed to taking every precaution to ensure the health and well being of our Service members, DoD civilian employees, families, and the Nation in response to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. As such, all individuals on DoD property, installations, and facilities must wear cloth face coverings or will not be allowed access into the installation.

The peri... ** Subject to the Availability of Funds** The U.S. Southern Command has a requirement for production, staging, and audiovisual equipment in support of the Change of Command in Doral, Florida. The period of performance is from 27–30 October 2021. It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. This announcement constitutes the synopsis. The complete Solicitation with the Performance Work Statement will be released on or around 22 September 2021. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. Offers will not be accepted from any third party agencies. Please note that quotes will be accepted directly from production, staging, and audiovisual equipment vendors only. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered.
