Amendment 0005 - The purpose of this amendment is to (1) extend the submission date, (2) update PWS A-TE-A03-D.1.2, and (3) add notation to Addendum to 52.215-1 in reference to the Government providing storage for volumes. Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to (1) replace 52.212-1 w ith 52.215-1, (2) replace Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 with Addendum to FAR 52.215-1, (3) delete 52.212-2 title with Evaluation Criteria, (4) delete 52.212-3 and replace w ith 52.204-8, (5) delete 52.212-4, and (6) delete 52.212-5 and insert required clauses contained in the af orementioned clause. Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to (1) provide the Government's responses to contractor questions and (2) update Annexes A/D/H and Technical Exhibtits. A conformed copy has been provided. Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to (1) extend the submission date to 16 April 2024 at 9:00 am Eastern, (2) correct period of performance, (3) update ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 and (4) provide instructions for CLINs 0010 and 0011 (AbilityOne - Grass Cutting). The amendment and a conformed copy have been added to the attachments. Note: In order to ensure all Government responses to contractor questions are thourough and complete Amendment 0003 will be issued. A conformed copy has been provided. Amendment 0001- The purpose of this amendment is (1) extend the submission date to 1 April 2024 at 9:00am Eastern, (2) correct verbiage to Section L, Addendum to 52.212-1, B. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS, for Volume II - Technical, and (3) add Wage Determination to Section I - Contract Clauses. The 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Office – Miami in support of the US Army Garrison – Miami/ Department of Publics Works is seeking contractor support for Facility Support Services (to include Facility Operations and Maintenance Services, Custodial Services, Solid Waste Services, Grounds Maintenance, and Pest Control Services) at two (2) US Army Garrison Miami sites: a 55-acre site with 650,000 square feet of primary facilities at 9301 NW 33rd Street, Doral, FL 33172 and an 89-acre Homestead site with 240,000 square feet of primary facilities at 29401 SW 125th Avenue, Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL 33039. This requirement is a set-a-side for 8(a) Small Businesses under North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 561210. This requirement is for a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The Government will hold site visits at US Army Garrison – Miami and Homestead Air Reserve Base on 7 and 8 March 2024 beginning at 8:00 AM (EST). All interested firms may attend with a limit of two (2) attendees per firm. Please submit, in writing, the names of attendees and complete the USSOUTHCOM Personnel Security Local Records Check (HSPD12). The names and HSPD12 for attendees must be emailed to catherine.p.richardson.civ@mail.mil and antonio.r.jones6.civ@mail.mil no later than 1:00 PM (EST) on 27 February 2024. Technical questions will be addressed at the conclusion of the site visit.
