Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to (1) change educational requirements for the Independent Evaluation Expert (see Sections C and L) and (2) provide the Government responses to contractor questions (changes will be highlighted in yellow in Section C - Performance Work Statement). The contractor shall provide a multi-task service to train National Peace Operations Training Center of Uruguay (ENOPU) instructors on the revised curriculum and monitor the delivery of this revised curriculum, develop a 4-hour enlisted-level refresher training course, collect additional data from deployed personnel, and synchronize the revised curriculum with ENOPU courses. These activities will allow the US Government to capitalize on an already significant investment in time and resources in the project. This effort will also identify if the Identifying Threats Program could more widely support the United Nations in its effort to reduce injuries and fatalities among UN peacekeepers. The requirement is for a 12-month base period and three (3) 12-month option periods.
