This requirement will be solicited as Unrestricted. This announcement constitutes the written solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. Any interested party may inquire in writing to the following: Contracting Officer, Lian Pino, lian.pino.civ@mail.mil and Contract Specialist, Cristina Tellechea, cristina.a.tellechea.civ@mail.mil via email. All correspondence relating to this announcement should state PANAMAX 22 IPC Lodging in the subject field. Due to high traffic in the area, the hotel shall be located within seven (7) miles of USSOUTHCOM Headquarters at 9301 NW 33rd St, Doral, Florida 33172. Also, the contractor shall provide shuttle service to and from Miami International Airport as part of their standard business practices offered to any guest staying at their hotel. QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTY AGENCIES OR BROKERS. QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM HOTELS ONLY. QUOTES FROM THIRD PARTIES OR BROKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED NONRESPONSIVE AND WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD.
