Due to the stature, security concerns, high traffic in the area, and the conference being held at USSOUTHCOM, the hotel shall be located within three (3) miles of USSOUTHCOM headquarters at 9301 NW 33rd St, Doral, Florida 33172 in order to transport participants securely to and from USSOUTHCOM. QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTY AGENCIES OR BROKERS. QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM HOTELS ONLY. QUOTES FROM THIRD PARTIES OR BROKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED NONRESPONSIVE AND WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD.

The period of performance is from 28–30 October 2021. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 721110. It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. This announcement constitutes the synopsis. The complete Solicitation with the Performance Work Statement will be released on or around 7 September 2021. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements.
