The 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Office - Miami is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools,materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in this PWS, Services provided include grass cutting, trimming and edging; tree and shrub pruning and trimming; grounds repair and improvement; debris removal; landscape maintenance (mulching, weed control, etc); removal of grass clipping and leaves; periodic lawn treatment (fertilization, aeration); and tree and shrub removal and replacement.
