An external review of US Southern Command’s (USSOUTHCOM) counternarcotic efforts should aim to examine how USSOUTHCOM could more optimally allocate its counternarcotic resources in the interests of US National Security. Amendment P0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to (1) change verbiage in Section 5, Specifications, Part 4, paragraph 4.2., (2) delete Technical Exhibit 1, (3) add verbiage to paragraphs 7.1.3. and 7.1.4., (4) extend the submissioin date f rom 10 March 2020 at 9:00am (Eastern) to 13 March 2020 at 9:00am (Eastern), (5) add Subcontractor Inf ormation and Consent Form, and (6) add a Question and Answ er (9 March 2020 NLT 9:00AM Eastern) section to Section L, Instruction to Offerors.
