The estimated quantity of this effort is 190 Contracted Lodging Room-Nights and 164 Self-Pay Lodging Room-Nights, Administrative Room for seven (7) days, Main Conference Room for five (5) days, Bilateral Meeting Rooms for four (4) days, Working Group Room for three (3) days, Medical Room for five (5) days, 210 Lunch Meals, 126 Dinner Meals, 168 Breakfast Meals, two (2) beverage stations that can accommodate 100 personnel, 480 AM/PM Coffee Breaks, and Audio Visual Equipment.
