THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation # W91QEX-19-Q-0006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100 and DFARS Public Notice 20181204. This solicitation is unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes for this requirement are 72110. This acquisition is for the procurement the lease/rental of conference room in support of US Southern Command Headquarters. The contract type will be a fixed-price contract pursuant to FAR Subpart 16.2. The contract requirements the lease/rental of conference rooms is in Section C, Specification as set forth in the solicitation. The applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition can be found at the end of the SF 1449. The J7/9-3 - Exercise and Collation Affairs Directorate of USSOUTHCOM has requirement for conference facilities, equipment and incidental services in support of Integrated Advance 2019 Final Planning Conference (FPC) in Miami, Florida. The requirement includes the following items: nine (9) conference rooms in close proximity for this event. One (1) main conference room with a capacity for 200 persons ?? (theater seating); three (3) medium conference rooms with a capacity of 30 each (30 around a U ?shaped table); and five (5) small administrative room with room for 25 people.
