Contractor shall provide high priority emergency repairs including calibration (verification/certification), parts and labor; two (2) pre-scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) checks; and two (2) pre-scheduled calibration (verification/certification) for each piece of Government owned Magnetic Particle Equipment, X-Ray Equipment and all supporting accessories. The maintenance coverage shall be for a one-year base period beginning with award of this contract, plus four (4) option years. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted by 27 January 2025 at 10 AM CST. All questions shall be submitted to the contract specialist. Any questions submitted after the question deadline may not be answered. All answers to the questions submitted will be answered through an amendment of the solicitation.
