This total small business set-aside procurement seeks 44 AN/PVS-31A Night Vision Devices, 2 image intensifier tubes, and 44 Wilcox G24 black helmet mounts to support a Foreign Military Sales requirement for Colombia. Contractors must be registered in SAM and obtain solicitation documents through SAM; paper copies will not be provided. IT must comply with CMMC Level 2 (self-assessment), with possible CMMC Level 2 (C3PAO) assessment required after November 10, 2026, and certain SOW technical requirements are controlled and restricted to CMMC Level 2 vendors.
