Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Army requires PVS-14 Monocular Night Vision Devices to support a Foreign Military Sales case. The Government intends to release a commercial Firm-Fixed-Price solicitation for full and open competition on or about 09 March 2026, with award based on the Lowest-Priced-Technically Acceptable method. The solicitation and all amendments will be available exclusively on SAM.gov. All questions must be submitted in writing to the designated Contract Specialist. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for updates.
