The purpose of this solicitation is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) in accordance with (IAW) FMS Case KV-B-UBQ, for the Country of Kosovo.This Solicitation is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commercial requirement for Night Vision Devices (NVDs) and Spare Parts.
