Army Contracting Command -Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army Financial Management and Comptroller (ASA(FM&C)) has a requirement to provide quarterly financial statements for the Army General Fund and Army Woking Capital Fund, and annual financial statement compilation and publication services for the consolidated financial statements of the United States (U.S.) Department of the Army General Fund (GF), Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF), and Army Corps of Engineers Civil Works. The financial statements are prepared pursuant to the requirements of Title 31, United States Code (U.S.C.), Section 3515(b), in accordance with formats prescribed by the Office of Management and Budget, and U.S. general accepted accounting principles (GAAP) promulgated by the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board. Additionally, this requirement provides audit readiness support and audit infrastructure.
