The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of the Communications-Electronics Command Security Assistance Management directorate (CECOM SAMD) is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest in, industry technologies available and capability to fulfill Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements for tactical communication systems with US Department of Defense (DOD) Communication Security (COMSEC). The result of this sources sought/market survey will contribute to determining the method of procurement if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market survey, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. The U.S. Government requests that interested parties submit the following information: A brief description of your company, to include, but not limited to CONUS physical address, SAM.gov UEID and company point of contact. Your company’s solution in meeting the requirements and quantity of the sources sought. Please include part numbers, item description, quantities needed and supporting literature for each communication system (high level data sheet). Cost data to your solution by line item Identify if your company is currently on an established US DoD IDIQ contract. A brief description of experience your company has with DoD Contracts and specifically Foreign Military Sales (FMS) type contracts.
