This solicitation W91CRB-23-Q-5000, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) for the country of Romania under FMS Case Designator RO-B-UFJ, Acquisition Requirement Package (ARP) AE22088. This requirement is for the procurement of computer laptop systems. This requirement is Set-Aside for Small Businesses ONLY. Attached are the solicitation and Required Laptop Component Checklist Item spreadsheet. The Required Laptop Component Checklist Item spreadsheet MUST be completed and returned when submitting proposal. See attached solicitation for details of item being procured. This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper. All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through SAM (https://sam.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract.
