Combined Synopsis/Solicitation updated to update the Questions and Answers Document and upload the PPQ.doc, which is the Past Performance Questionnaire. 11/18/21 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation updated to update the Questions and Answers Document, and make corrections to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, PWS, and Pricing Sheet. 11/16/21 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation updated to state that the Government will answer questions submitted up until 22 November 2021. 11/2/21 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation updated to change proposal due date to 12/7/21, upload questions and answers, and update Combined Synopsis and Solicitation. 10/27/21 This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation has been updated to state that this is a full and open competition. 10/19/21 US Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) has been tasked to assist the Government of Iraq (GoI) with the establishment of an NVD Repair and Return program that is designed to improve the capabilities of the Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) during the hours of darkness by ensuring NVD readiness. This repair initiative will provide the GOI a cost-effective way to get NVDs back into the formations that requires them. There is an estimated quantity of 25,000 NVD’s that will need to be one hundred (100) percent evaluated and inventoried with a repair quantity based on availability of parts provided from controlled substitution and the initial 75 repair kit lots requested in Appendix C, provided by this contract for the base year. Option years shall be reviewed, and parts updated as required. All items unable to be repaired shall be categorized demilitarized. See attached Combined Synopsis and Solicitation and attachments.
