The Department of the Under Secretary of the Army Analytics Group (DUSA-AAG) requests a Firm Fixed Price action to purchase DNN EVOQ Software License. The offeror's quote shall state if the delivery requirements can be met. Award will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation in accordance with FAR 15.101-2, as this requirement is clearly definable and the risk of unsuccessful contract performance is considered to be minimal. The Government intends to award without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if it is later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest and waives informalities and minor irregularities in the offers received.
