The Army seeks a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf or Non-Developmental Item hand-carried ultrasound device that can support medical operations in austere Role of Care 3 environments with little to no modification. The selected vendor(s) will deliver two prototype units for operational and environmental testing under MIL-STD-810H. The solution must be FDA cleared for human use, Trade Agreements Act compliant, and operable on standard CONUS/OCONUS power infrastructures. The Government advises that a noncompetitive follow-on production contract or transaction may be awarded to Prototype Other Transaction Agreement participants under 10 U.S.C. § 4022(f). Proposals must be submitted via DoD SAFE file transfer or secure email to the listed Agreements Officer and Agreements Specialist.
