INTRODUCTION The Communications- Electronics Command (CECOM) Integrated Life Cycle Support Center (ILSC) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) is seeking Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) Field Service Representative (FSR) support for 17 meter (17M) Rapid Aerostat Initial Deployment (RAID) Aerostats and 107/80 foot Tower Systems in the country of Iraq. Foreign Military Sales (FMS) is part of the United States Government (USG) Security Assistance/ Security Cooperation Programs authorized by the Foreign Assistance Act (FAA) and Arms Export Control Act (AECA), and is a fundamental tool of USG Foreign Policy. All work performed shall occur within statutory laws and regulations for FMS programs and other international programs as required by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of State (DoS). SUBMISSION DETAILS Interested businesses should submit as concise a response as practical on 8.5x11 inch pages with a font not smaller than ten point(s), wherein the interested business shall convey capabilities and intentions, be it via brochure, data sheet, or description(s) of possibly qualifying service(s) and/ or item(s). There should be enough informatioin to show that the interested business is capable of fulfilling all requirements detailed in the attached document entitled "A01- IRAQ P-ISR FIELDING FSR SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS_FINAL".
