This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/ SOURCES SOUGHT for market research purposes only. All questions relating to this notice shall be sent via email to the Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) point of contact (POC) Samantha Hannah; samantha.l.hannah2.civ@mail.mil. This is not a solicitation, therefore, responses to this request are not offers. The information submitted by industry in response to this RFI is for planning purposes only. This is not a commitment by the Government to procure any items/ services or for the Government to pay for the information received. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject any private sector input as a result of this market survey. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results from this survey. Any documentation submitted will not be returned. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this RFI, is solely within the discretion of the Government. ACC-APG in support of the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) is seeking information regarding available Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK) Training. The AWG is in search of qualified vendors that can develop a customized course designed to train AWG personnel to become effective TAK operators. See attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a complete description of the requirements. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS Responses shall include the following information: 1. Vendor Name, Street Address, Point of Contact(s) to include name, email, and phone number; 2. Vendor CAGE code and applicable NAICS code(s); 3. Capability Statement to include: Technical capability to meet the Government's requirement in its entirety (e.g. qualified personnel, experience, and history of providing similar services); 4. Business size status and any applicable socioeconomic categories; 5. Indicate level of participation in meeting this requirement (e.g. participate at the prime or subcontractor level); 6. Advise whether the service is available commercially, to the general public, and/or non-governmental agencies; 7. Past performance on relevant contracts (within the last 5 years) to include: the agency in which services were provided for, award date, contract number, and contract amount. RESPONSE DEADLINE: Responses shall be submitted NO LATER THAN 06 September 2019 at 10:00AM EST.
