Draft Solicitation - Aberdeen Test Center Welding, Machining, Painting, and Fabrication Services
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research under FAR Part 10, not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from it. A draft solicitation package is available in the attachments. Interested parties should send responses, comments, and questions in writing to Mr. Noah Lane at noah.r.lane.civ@army.mil; telephone calls will not be accepted. The Government will not pay for information received or compensate respondents for costs incurred in developing it. Capability statements and other responses will likely be used to make a small business set-aside award, and potential offerors should monitor the site for additional information.
