The government requires twelve full-suite, enterprise-level digital subscriptions providing secure, unclassified web-based portal access to an integrated defense market intelligence and equipment technology forecasting platform. The platform must deliver comprehensive, validated open-source intelligence covering global military equipment specifications, defense budgets, procurement programs, and long-term market forecasts.
