Congress has mandated longitudinal studies on blast overpressure exposure, driving the need for a Soldier-worn Blast Overpressure Sensor System (BOSS) that tracks, stores, and transmits blast events to support brain health monitoring and policy decisions. The Government is issuing this Sources Sought/RFI to identify qualified sources that can meet the system’s Key Performance Parameters and to assess industry capability, risks, and feasibility. The responses will help shape acquisition planning and refine requirements for the BOSS. Interested parties must submit an electronic response in a specified format, including a cover page and completed attachments, via email. This is strictly a Request for Information, not a solicitation, and the Government will not compensate respondents for their submissions.
