ACC-APG, on behalf of CECOM SAMD, is conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing radio systems, communications equipment, and associated services for Foreign Military Sales. Required hardware includes non-developmental, L3Harris-compatible FALCON-series HF/VHF/UHF/microwave ground and airborne radios, tactical SATCOM terminals, P25 public safety radios, accessories, spares, tools, test equipment, and software, plus services such as maintenance, training, installation, engineering, site surveys, and field support. The Government anticipates a planned IDIQ contract with Delivery Orders over a four-year and six-month period of performance, with quantities exceeding 16,300 handheld, 10,900 man-packable, 10,900 vehicular, and 5,500 vehicular hand-held radio configurations, plus 930 training and 260 field support events. Delivery Orders will require initial deliveries within 210 days after receipt of order or contract award, and a minimum 12-month warranty must be provided. Services will be performed CONUS and OCONUS; the Government cannot provide proprietary L3Harris technical data, small-business set-asides/multiple awards may be considered, and respondents may provide Rough Order of Magnitude price and availability information.
