Night Vision Device Accessories and Training for Foreign Military Sales
The U.S. Army is soliciting proposals for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) night vision equipment, accessories, and in-country training for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to multiple countries. The total combined value of all awarded contracts will not exceed $9,000,000, with delivery of items required within 180 days after receipt of order (ARO) and training within 240 days ARO. The government intends to award between two and three contracts based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, evaluating price, technical compliance, and past performance. Vendors must provide a detailed technical proposal proving their products meet all salient characteristics, include a one-year standard commercial warranty, and comply with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 requirements. Performance locations are not specified in the description, but items will be picked up by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and training will be conducted in-country.
