Night Vision Device Accessories and Training for Foreign Military Sales
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) night vision device accessory kits, spare parts, test sets, and in-country training for multiple Foreign Military Sales (FMS) countries. The U.S. Army intends to award two to three five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a combined value not to exceed $9,000,000.00, set aside 100% for small businesses. Delivery for items is required within 180 days after receipt of order (ARO), and training must be completed within 240 days ARO. The award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offerors with acceptable past performance.
