Portable Communications Intelligence System (COMINT) equipment

The U.S. Army is seeking sources to provide portable Communications Intelligence (COMINT) systems, mast deployment kits, and detection software for Ukraine under a Foreign Military Sales case. The equipment must operate from 20MHz to 8.5GHz and be compatible with Ukraine's existing communications infrastructure. Responses must include a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) price, and the government may make multiple awards. Performance location is for Ukraine, and all equipment must be new and original. Responses are due by July 29, 2026.
