The Office of the Administrative Assistant (OAA) to the Secretary of the Army, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), is interested in establishing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with one company that provides Court Reporting Services (CRS) within the commercial marketplace. The Contractor shall provide all personnel necessary to perform Court Reporting Services (CRS) including producing verbatim transcripts of proceedings during Fact Finding Conferences (FFC), Depositions, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Commission Administrative Judge Hearings, or other proceedings held by the EEO. For all other details pertaining to this Request for Proposal (RFP), please refer to "Attachment 5 - Solicitation Document". Amendment 1: The purpose is to remove the following clause at FAR 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity (Sep 2016).
