Solicitation Number: W91CRB-25-R-0022 Action/Requirement: Platoon Bulk Charge (PBC) Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Background: The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG) intends to soon post a solicitation on behalf of Product Manager Soldier Maneuver Sensors (PdM SMS) to develop the next generation of the PBC which will be a single ruggedized unit with modular adaptors to charge a variety of batteries to include but not limited to the BB-2525 (Conformal Wearable Battery/CWB), BB-2590, AN/PRC-148/163 radio batteries, and Small Tactical Universal Batteries (STUB) in tactical environments. Tactical environments include severe weather conditions such as rain, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. Pre-solicitation Notice: The following information is being provided to allow potential Offerors to begin reviewing documents prior to the solicitation release.
