Proposals are due not later than 3:30PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 08 January 2024. The purpose of this RFP/ solicitation is to fulfill requirements for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case CO-B-VHC for the country of Colombia. Requirements are for Ceragon and Nokia brand hardware/ supply equipment; Related services are included. Award shall be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government intends to award one (1) contract to the responsible offeror who is technically acceptable and has the lowest price. To be considered "TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE", the offeror shall propose/ provide ALL required hardware/ supply equipment and perform ALL required services; Offeror(s) shall confirm their intent to meet or exceed ALL requirements of this solicitation and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) within the attached Solicitation release document W91CRB-24-R-5008. Offerors shall include: - Name(s) of primary point of contact (POC) and POCs who will participate in any discussion(s) with email addresses and telephone numbers - Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE code(s) - Unique Entity Identifier - Tax Identification Number (TIN) - The structure of any anticipated subcontracting arrangement(s) Offerors shall confirm that they are currently registered to do business with the Government via the System for Award Management (SAM) and not on a list of entities not able to do business with the Government.
