This solicitation W91CRB-24-R-5003, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) for the country of Moldova under FMS Case Designator MD-B-UBX, Acquisition Requirement Package (ARP) AE23063. This requirement is for the procurement of portable radio frequency spectrum analyzers with training. This requirement is Set-Aside for Small Businesses ONLY. See attached solicitation for details of item being procured. This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to proposal submission to be considered for award of a Federal contract. This is in accordance with FAR Subpart 4.1102(a). Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM website: < https://sam.gov >. All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through SAM < https://sam.gov/ >. Any questions are to be submitted in writing by 12 April 2024 to Angela H. McFillin, Contract Specialist, via email:< angela.h.mcfillin.civ@army.mil > and with copy to Contracting Officer, Lenore D. Brock : < lenore.d.brock.civ@army.mil >. Please see Amendment #2 for details. Note 2: Quantity changes for CLIN 0002, Lithium-Ion Battery Pack 6.4H, decreased from twelve (12) to five (5). AND CLIN 0003 OCONUS quantity for on-site in country operator training, increased from one (1) LOT to two (2) LOTS on 16 May 2024. Please see Amendment #3 for details.
