This solicitation W91CRB-24-R-5003, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) for the country of Moldova under FMS Case Designator MD-B-UBX, Acquisition Requirement Package (ARP) AE23063. This requirement is for the procurement of portable radio frequency spectrum analyzers with training. This requirement is Set-Aside for Small Businesses ONLY. See attached solicitation for details of item being procured. This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to proposal submission to be considered for award of a Federal contract. This is in accordance with FAR Subpart 4.1102(a). Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM website: < https://sam.gov >.
