The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of the Office of Army Cemeteries (OAC) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to procure marble and granite headstones or flat markers to include inscription and shipping to destination cemeteries. This solicitation is a RFQ under NAICS 327991 “Cut Stone and Stone Product Manufacturing” which has a size standard of 500 employees. Quotes must be valid for 90 days. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The resultant award will be a commercial, single award, firm fixed price (FFP) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five (5) year ordering period. The anticipated date of award will be 23 September 2024. The first delivery order will be issued simultaneously with the base IDIQ contract. All questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist, Tanner Torley at tanner.r.torley.civ@army.mil, no later than 10:00AM ET on 04 September 2024.
