The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), on behalf of the Project Manager (PM) Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) under U.S. Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) is seeking information on approaches and candidate products to provide a complete Archive capability within the IPPS-A production baseline. The Army is open to considering all types of approaches and products to include consideration for solutions outside of a traditional Commercial-Off-The- Shelf (COTS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application.
