THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) POSTING. The proposal/ submission due date is extended to not later than 3:30PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 27 July 2023. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a formal Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals are due not later than 3:30PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 27 July 2023. The purpose of solicitation W91CRB-23-Q-5010 is to fulfill requirements for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case CO-B-VHC for the country of Colombia. This acquisition is limited to only those vendors authorized to sell/ re-sell the required CERAGON and NOKIA brand-name supplies AND provide ALL required services, as follows: SUPPLIES - Five (5) each (EA) CERAGON BRAND IP20N RFU D-HP 4+0 Microwave Radio Link Amplification systems, with each system consisting of: QTY DESCRIPTION 08 EA RFU D-HP 02 EA IDU IP20C 02 EA CCONTROL CARDS 08 EA MODEM CARDS 02 EA DATA CARDS 01 LOT INSTALLATION 01 LOT CONNECTIVITY CABLES - Twenty (20) EA NOKIA BRAND SAR-8 Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) Data Cards Part Number (P/N): 3HE02774CB. - One (1) Installation Kit in support of radio link amplification, integration and migration of services to Colombia's existing Microwave Radio Link. SERVICES - One (1) EA one (1) year Technical Support for in-country factory trained technicians. - One (1) EA Installation and Integration services. See attached solicitation W91CRB-23-Q-5010 for full requirement(s) details. Alternate and/ or substitute supplies/ services are NOT acceptable. Remanufactured and/ or refurbished supplies are not acceptable. The awardee shall be responsible for shipping/ transporting the supplies to Colombia and should quote shipping and/or transportation costs. Services are outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) in and/ or around the city of Bogota, Colombia. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price commercial contract to the responsible vendor whose proposed supplies and services meet all contract requirements and have the lowest price amongst competing proposals, and adhere to the proposal instructions, Offerors shall submit proposal(s) and questions to Contracting Officer Andrew C. Offerors shall include: - name(s) of primary point of contact (POC) and POCs who will participate in any discussion(s) with email addresses and telephone numbers - Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code(s) - Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) - Tax Identification Number (TIN) - The structure of any anticipated subcontracting arrangement(s). Offerors shall confirm that they are currently registered to do business with the Government via System for Award Management (SAM) and not on a list of entities not able to do business with the Government. The Government will not pay for costs associated with proposal preparation and submission. Proposed costs shall address the solicitation requirements, only.
