This is a firm fixed price solicitation to procure the following: 100 Ops-Core Skull Mounting Systems 100 Ops Core Fleece Chin-Cup Extender Covers 20 Ops-Core Counter Weights 30 Ops-Core Picatinny Rail Adapters All items are described in Section B Clins 0001 through 0004 and the SOW Paragraphs3.0 through 3.01.14 as required under FMS Case Code EN-B-UDW ARP# AE22018. This requirment is BRAND NAME ONLY.NO SUBSTITUTES SHALL BE ACCEPTED. 1 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS OCT/2014 (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE, RESPONSIBLE AND RESPONSIVE offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: -1- The offeror shall meet or exceed ALL of requirements for ALL of the items listed in Section B Clins 001 through 0004 as well as the Statement of Work Section C paragraphs 3.0 thtough 3.0.1.4 -2- This award shall be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS -3- Offerors who do not provide descriptive literature, fail to meet ALL of requirements described in Section B and Section C ofthe SOW, submits a partial or incomplete bid, fails to acknowledge any amendments, fails to submit a timely bid, or amendment, failes to complete and submit thier completed proposal or fails to meet the required delivery schedule shall be determined non responsive and or technically unacceptable and;therefore, ineligible for award. -4- The Government reserves the right to award this requirement without conducting discussions.
