This solicitation W91CRB-22-R-5016, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) for the country of Moldova under FMS Case Designator MD-B-UBO, Acquisition Requirement Package (ARP) AE22046. This requirement is for the procurement of AN/PVS-14 equivalent Night Vision Devices and batteries. Attached are the solicitation and Required Items spreadsheet. The Required Items spreadsheet MUST be completed and returned when submitting proposal. See attached solicitation for details of item being procured. This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper. All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through Beta SAM (https://www.beta.sam.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract.
