This Request for Quote (RFQ), W91CRB-22-Q-5012, is for the procurement of Computer Equipment in support of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement for the country of Estonia. All proposals are to be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) as defined under FMS Case EN-B-UFE. This effort will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. See attached solicitation and attached Excel Spreadsheet that must be completed for details of items being procured. This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper. All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through Sam at (https://sam.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM link at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. Any questions are to be submitted in writing to Charrissa Stancell, Contract Specialist, via email to: charrissa.m.stancell.civ@army.mil no later than 12:00 PM EST on 16 March 2022. Questions submitted after this time will not be addressed. This solicitation will close on 22 March 2022 at 12:00PM EST.
